Swisscom with e-bill improvements

Swisscom now presents its customer with their detailed bill (PDF) directly via e-banking.
Swisscom (Switzerland) Ltd has introduced two new improvements to the e-bill for the fixed network segment.

  1. Bill presentation in e-banking: As of March 2008, Swisscom presents customers with their detailed bill (PDF) for its fixed network service directly via e-banking. This means that you can now directly open and review your fixed network bill as a PDF document using the easy link provided in your e-banking application. This new feature provides greater convenience because you no longer have to log in separately to call up your bill at the Swisscom website.

  2. Registration: Swisscom fixed network customers who prefer to receive e-bills instead of paper bills in the future can sign up now for the new e-bill directly in their e-banking application through the biller list. This registration function via e-banking was unfortunately inactive in recent months.
